Two small burgers. Smashed thin on hot cast iron.
Smash a little bit less than one burgers worth of meat. Season with bbq spices or other spieces on both sides. Once cooked put cheese on then cut in half! Stack on top of each other.
Extras
Steamed buns. You don’t need to steam them for too long only a few minutes. It’s probably better to under steam them than over steam them. Be careful not to let them get soggy.
